Three-Layer Nanofiber Structure

The ChitoFib™ Patch consists of three functional layers: a breathable cover fabric (PE/cotton), an absorption non-woven layer, and the active bioactive nanofibre layer ChitoFib™ Patch.

The nanofiber layer creates a gel on contact with wound fluids — a moist healing environment that enables new epidermal cells to migrate easily to the wound surface, reducing scab formation and pain.

The chitosan nanostructure acts as a natural antimicrobial barrier against contamination while biodegrading naturally — no painful mechanical removal required.
